Terms of Service

Last updated October 5, 2026

The short version

  • Kredna is owned and operated by Parful Technologies LLC. These terms are an agreement between Parful Technologies LLC and your company.
  • Kredna is a tool for estimators. You and your estimators are responsible for every quantity, weight, price, bid and proposal. Check everything before you rely on it.
  • Drawings can differ from field conditions, and AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. We are not responsible for the bids you submit, the contracts you sign or how your jobs turn out.
  • The company license is billed yearly, seats monthly and AI credits are prepaid, all in US dollars. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. See our refund and cancellation policy.
  • Your drawings and estimates stay on your computers and remain yours.
  • The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

This summary is here to help you read the terms. It is not part of them and does not change them. If it differs from the terms below, the terms apply.

These Terms of Service (the "terms") are a binding agreement between Parful Technologies LLC ("Parful Technologies LLC", "we", "us", "our"), which owns and operates Kredna, and the company or other organization that signs up for Kredna ("you", "your", the "customer").

You accept these terms when you check the box at sign-up, create an account, or use the service, whichever comes first. If you accept them for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means that company. The service is for business use only. It is not offered to consumers, and you confirm that you are using it for your business and that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

1. Definitions

  • Service means the Kredna desktop app (the "software"), the account dashboard on this website, AI features, updates, and any related support we provide.
  • Users means the people you allow to use the service under your account, such as your employees and contractors.
  • Your content means the drawings, takeoffs, estimates, prices, proposals, settings, contacts and other material you or your users put into the service, and what the service produces from it for you.
  • AI features means features that send content to an AI model to produce a result, such as drawing scans, estimate reviews and proposal drafts, and AI output means what they return.
  • Fees means the amounts payable for the company license, seats and AI credits, as shown on our pricing page and at checkout.

2. The service and how it is delivered

Kredna is desktop software for steel takeoff, estimating and proposals for Windows and Mac. It is delivered digitally: once your account is set up, you can download the software right away from our download page or your dashboard. Nothing is shipped.

The software runs on your computers. Some features need an internet connection, including signing in, license refreshes, updates, team sync, the dashboard, buying AI credits and running AI features. We may improve, change or remove features over time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of the service during a paid term without notice.

3. Accounts, users and seats

  • Your company has one company license, managed by one or more administrators you designate.
  • Each person who uses the desktop app needs a seat. A seat belongs to one named person and may not be shared. Each user may sign in on a limited number of computers, as shown on our pricing page and in the dashboard.
  • You must give accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for your users, for keeping sign-in details confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@kredna.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
  • Administrators can add and remove users, change roles and remove a computer's access at any time.

4. Free trials and promotions

New companies may receive one free trial of 14 days, with every feature and a starting allowance of 500 AI credits. Each company may have only one free trial. You add a payment method when you sign up. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial and we charge your payment method for the company license and your seats at the prices shown at sign-up. If you cancel during the trial, it ends right away and you are not charged. If no valid payment method is on file when the trial ends, the subscription ends.

We may also offer discounts, promotional codes or complimentary credits. Each offer applies only as described when it is made, may be limited to new customers or to a period of time, has no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and may be ended at any time. Complimentary AI credits, including the starting allowance, are not refundable and have no cash value. We may refuse or cancel an offer we believe is being misused, for example through repeated sign-ups.

5. Fees, billing and taxes

  • All fees are in US dollars (USD).
  • The company license ($1,500 a year at current prices) is billed yearly in advance and renews automatically each year until canceled.
  • Seats ($99 per seat per month at current prices) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until canceled. A seat you add is available immediately and charged, prorated, for the rest of the current monthly period. A seat you remove stops being billed from your next monthly bill. We do not give credits or refunds for the unused part of a period.
  • Authorization for recurring charges. By adding a payment method, you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge it automatically for the license, your seats, AI credits you buy, any automatic recharges you turn on, and applicable taxes, when each is due, until you cancel.
  • Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You are responsible for all sales, use, value-added and similar taxes on your purchases, other than taxes on our income. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added to your invoice.
  • If a payment fails, we will let you know and retry it. If it is still unpaid after a reasonable period, we may suspend the service until it is paid. A suspended app becomes read-only; your content stays on your computers.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to your administrators. A change takes effect at your next renewal or billing period, not in the middle of one you have paid for.
  • Every charge comes with an invoice in your dashboard. If you believe a charge is wrong, email support@kredna.com within 60 days of the charge so we can look into it. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank.
  • Except as set out in our refund and cancellation policy or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

6. AI credits

  • AI features use prepaid credits that belong to your company and are shared by its users. One credit costs one US cent. You can buy credits in packs or in any amount from $25 to $5,000.
  • Each AI action uses the number of credits shown in the app or on our AI credits page, which varies with the size of the request and the tier you choose. The app may hold the most a request could cost while it runs, then charges what it actually used. A request that fails costs nothing.
  • Credits do not expire while your subscription is active, and can be used only while it is active. If your subscription ends, unused credits stay on your company's account and become usable again if you restart it. They are not paid out.
  • Credits are non-refundable once bought, and credits that have been used cannot be refunded in any case, except where the law requires. If a credit purchase is refunded or reversed, the credits it added are removed, and your balance may become negative until it is topped up.
  • If you turn on automatic recharge, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for the amount you choose whenever your balance falls below the level you set, until you turn it off.
  • We may limit how many AI requests your company can run at once or per minute, to keep the service reliable for everyone.

7. Cancellation and renewal

An administrator can cancel from the dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current license year. Until then you keep full access, and your seats continue to be billed monthly unless you remove them. You can undo a cancellation before it takes effect. After it takes effect, the app becomes read-only: you can still open and export your estimates, which remain on your computers. Our refund and cancellation policy explains this in more detail and forms part of these terms.

8. No professional services

Kredna is software. Parful Technologies LLC does not provide engineering, detailing, architectural, legal, accounting, financial or estimating services, and nothing in the service, our website, our guides, our support or any AI output is professional advice of any kind. Default values, sample prices, labor rates, section properties, weights, formulas, templates, clauses and guides are general starting points that may not suit your work.

You and your estimators are solely responsible for every number, quantity, weight, price, labor figure, markup, bid, proposal, inclusion, exclusion and clarification you prepare with the service or submit to anyone. You are responsible for using qualified people, for applying your own professional judgment, and for meeting the requirements of the plans, specifications, codes and contracts that apply to your work.

9. Takeoff and estimate accuracy

The results you get from Kredna depend on what you put in. In particular:

  • Measurements depend on the drawings' scale, calibration, resolution, print or scan quality, and on the user placing points correctly. Drawings that are not to scale, have been resized, or are marked "not to scale" give wrong measurements.
  • Drawings change. Addenda, revisions, RFIs, bulletins and later sheets may supersede what you took off. The service may help you track revisions, but it cannot know about changes you have not loaded.
  • Drawings may differ from field conditions. Actual dimensions, existing conditions, site access and work by other trades may not match the drawings.
  • Weights, surface areas, stock lengths, waste, labor and costs are calculated from section tables, settings and prices that you choose or enter, and from rounding rules. Section tables and defaults may contain errors or differ from your supplier's material.

You must verify all quantities, weights, dimensions, prices, labor, scope and totals against the current contract documents and field conditions before you rely on them, submit a bid, or order material. We do not guarantee that any takeoff, estimate, calculation or report produced with the service is accurate, complete or fit for any purpose.

10. AI output

  • AI features are optional and advisory. AI output is a suggestion only. It is not a measurement, a takeoff, a price or a professional opinion.
  • AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date or wrong, even when it looks confident. It can miss items, find items that are not there, misread drawings, or describe scope incorrectly. The same request may give different results at different times.
  • AI features do not change your estimate on their own. You decide what to accept. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion and for anything you use, including any inclusions, exclusions, clarifications or proposal text you send to others.
  • Do not use AI features with content you do not have the right to share. AI output may resemble content produced for others, and we do not guarantee that it is unique or free of third-party rights.
  • We do not use the content of your AI requests, or allow our AI providers to use it, to train AI models.

11. No responsibility for bids, contracts and jobs

You decide whether and what to bid, what to include or exclude, and what contracts to sign. Parful Technologies LLC is not a party to any bid, proposal, quote, purchase order, subcontract or other agreement you make with anyone, and has no responsibility for them. Without limiting sections 19 and 20, Parful Technologies LLC is not responsible or liable for:

  • bids won or lost, or bids priced too high or too low;
  • contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders or commitments you enter into, or their terms;
  • change orders, backcharges, liquidated damages, delays, rework, extra material or labor, or losses on any job;
  • disputes or claims with general contractors, owners, construction managers, engineers, suppliers, erectors or anyone else; or
  • any decision you or your users make based on the service, its calculations or AI output.

12. Your content and data

  • Your content is yours. We claim no ownership of it.
  • Your drawings, takeoffs and estimates are stored on your computers and in the project folders you choose, not on our servers. To keep your team's computers and dashboard in step, some company data is stored on our servers: company settings, the takeoff library, price book, labor rates, proposal templates and clauses, your customer and vendor directory, and bid summaries (such as bid name, customer, status, dates and amounts).
  • You give us a limited right to host, copy, transmit and process your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, as described in our privacy policy. This includes sending the content of AI requests you run to our AI providers.
  • You are responsible for your content: for having the rights and permissions to use it (including drawings from others and contact details in your directory), and for backing it up. The app includes a backup package to help, but we are not responsible for lost or corrupted files on your computers or in your folders.
  • We may collect and use information about how the service is used, such as feature use, performance and error data, and use it in aggregated or de-identified form to operate and improve the service. It does not identify you or your content to anyone else.
  • If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or payment to you.

13. License to use the software

While your subscription is active and you comply with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right for your users to install and use the Kredna software and the dashboard for your internal business purposes, within your seats. You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense or distribute the service; copy it except as needed to install it; modify it or make derivative works; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law allows it despite this restriction; bypass or interfere with its licensing, seat limits or security; or use it to build a competing product. Parful Technologies LLC and its licensors own the service and all rights in it, including the software, section libraries, templates and our trademarks. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to let anyone else:

  • use the service to break any law or regulation, or to infringe or misappropriate anyone's rights;
  • upload malicious code, or probe, scan, overload or interfere with our servers, networks or other customers;
  • access the service by automated means except through the software as we provide it, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours;
  • share accounts or seats, or let more people use the software than you have seats for;
  • use AI features to produce unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, or in breach of our AI providers' usage policies; or
  • use the service to send spam or to collect personal information unlawfully.

15. Third-party services

We rely on third parties to provide parts of the service, including Stripe (payments and invoices), Google Firebase and Google Cloud (sign-in, account data and analytics), AI model providers (AI features), Vercel (website hosting) and email delivery providers. Your use of their services may also be subject to their own terms, and payments are subject to Stripe's terms. If you store project folders with a file-sharing service such as Dropbox, OneDrive or Google Drive, that service's terms apply to those files. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or how they handle your data under their own terms, and we may change providers.

16. Updates, availability and support

We provide updates to the software, which may be installed automatically or when you choose. Some features need a current version. We aim to keep the online parts of the service available, but we do not guarantee any level of availability, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or problems outside our control. Support is by email at support@kredna.com during normal US business hours, and we do not promise any particular response or resolution time.

17. Suspension and termination

  • You can cancel as described in section 7 and our refund and cancellation policy.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms and do not fix the breach within 15 days after we notify you, or immediately if you fail to pay, if required by law, or if needed to prevent harm to the service, to us or to others.
  • We may stop offering the service with at least 90 days' notice. If we do, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid license fee for the period after the service ends.
  • When your subscription ends, your license to use the service ends and the app becomes read-only. Your content on your computers is not affected. We may delete company data stored on our servers after a reasonable period, as described in our privacy policy.
  • Sections 5 (for amounts owed), 8 to 12, 13 (ownership and restrictions), 15, and 17 to 28 survive termination.

18. Confidentiality

Each party will use the other's non-public business information that it receives through the service only to perform under these terms, and will protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, was already known to it, is independently developed, or is rightfully received from someone else. A party may disclose information when required by law, after giving the other party notice where the law allows.

19. Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE, THE SOFTWARE, ALL CALCULATIONS, TAKEOFFS, ESTIMATES, REPORTS, SECTION DATA, DEFAULT VALUES, GUIDES AND AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARFUL TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT ANY RESULT, QUANTITY, PRICE OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR RELIABLE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AND RELY ON ITS RESULTS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

20. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PARFUL TECHNOLOGIES LLC OR ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, BIDS, CONTRACTS, GOODWILL OR DATA, COSTS OF COVER OR SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, OR ANY COSTS, DAMAGES OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM BIDS, CONTRACTS, CHANGE ORDERS, BACKCHARGES, MATERIAL ORDERS OR JOBS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARFUL TECHNOLOGIES LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO PARFUL TECHNOLOGIES LLC FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING.

These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, and they are an essential part of the bargain between us: our prices reflect them. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain damages to be excluded or limited, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

21. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Parful Technologies LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents from and against any third-party claims, demands, actions and proceedings, and all resulting losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), arising out of or relating to: (a) your content; (b) your or your users' use of the service, its results or AI output; (c) any bid, proposal, contract, purchase or job of yours, including claims by general contractors, owners, suppliers, employees or others; (d) your breach of these terms; or (e) your violation of any law or third-party right. We will notify you of a claim we ask you to defend, let you control its defense and settlement (but you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault for us or binds us without our written consent), and give reasonable help at your expense.

22. Export controls and sanctions

The service is subject to US export control and sanctions laws. You confirm that you and your users are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties, and are not owned or controlled by anyone who is. You will not export, re-export or provide access to the service in violation of those laws, or use it for any purpose they prohibit.

23. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service, are governed by the laws of the state in which Parful Technologies LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Before starting any legal proceeding, the party with a complaint will send the other a written description of it, and both will try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. After that, any legal proceeding must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the state in which Parful Technologies LLC is organized, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in those courts. Either party may seek an injunction in any court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent the law allows.

24. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify administrators at least 30 days in advance by email or in the dashboard, and update the date at the top of this page. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose before they took effect. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

25. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a delay or failure to perform (other than payment obligations) caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, failures of the internet, power or telecommunications, or outages of hosting, payment or AI providers.

26. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these terms, without your consent, to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of all or substantially all of our assets or of Kredna. Any assignment in breach of this section is void. These terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.

27. Notices

We may send notices to your administrators by email or in the dashboard. Send notices to us by email at support@kredna.com. Notices are effective when sent, unless the sender learns that delivery failed.

28. General

  • Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest of the terms remain in effect.
  • Entire agreement. These terms, together with our privacy policy, our refund and cancellation policy and the details of any order you place, are the entire agreement between you and Parful Technologies LLC about the service, and replace any earlier agreements, proposals or statements about it. Terms in your purchase orders or other documents do not apply, even if we accept or sign them, unless we sign a written agreement that says it amends these terms.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • Relationship. The parties are independent contractors. These terms create no partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship, and give no rights to anyone else.
  • Headings and language. Headings and the summary at the top are for convenience only. "Including" means "including without limitation". These terms are written in English, and the English version controls.

29. Contact
