What does it cost?
$1,500 a year for your company license, plus $99 a month for each person who uses the app. AI features run on prepaid credits you buy as you need them. There are no setup or training fees.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with every feature and 500 AI credits included. Add your card at sign-up; you're not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel from your dashboard in two clicks before then.
Do I need help setting it up?
No. Create your company, choose your seats, download the app and sign in. Invite your team from the dashboard and they're estimating the same day. Bring your existing item list across from a spreadsheet in one click.
Does it run on Windows and Mac?
Yes. It's a native desktop app for Windows 10 and 11 and for macOS 12 or later, on Apple Silicon and Intel.
Does it need the internet?
Only to sign in and for the optional AI features. Takeoff, pricing and proposals all work fully offline, and the app checks in with your license when it's next online.
Can two estimators work on the same job?
Yes. Share the job folder through Dropbox or OneDrive. Changes merge automatically, and if two people edit the same thing, both versions are kept for review.
Can I add or remove seats later?
Any time, from your dashboard. Adding a seat takes effect immediately and is prorated; removing one reduces your next monthly bill.
Where are my drawings and estimates stored?
On your computers and in your own project folders. Your drawings aren't uploaded to our servers. The only things that leave your computer are what's needed to sign in and the content of AI requests you choose to run.
