Pricing questions

Why a company license and seats?

The license covers your company's account, settings, price book, clause library and updates. Seats are for each person who uses the desktop app, so a two-person shop and a twenty-person shop each pay for what they use.

Is the license billed yearly and seats monthly?

Yes. The $1,500 license is billed once a year. Seats are $99 each per month, billed monthly, so you can add and remove them as your team changes.

What happens when I add or remove a seat?

A new seat is available immediately and charged for the rest of the current month. A removed seat stops at your next monthly bill. You do it all from the dashboard.

What's in the free trial?

Everything, for 14 days, with 500 AI credits included. You add a card at sign-up and aren't charged until the trial ends. Cancel from the dashboard any time before then and you pay nothing.

How do AI credits work?

AI features use prepaid credits that belong to your company and are shared by your team. A typical drawing sheet scan uses about 47 credits. Packs start at $25, and you can turn on auto-recharge so you never run out mid-bid.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from the dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your license year, and your estimates always stay on your computers, readable and exportable.

Do you offer invoices and purchase orders?

Every charge produces an invoice you can download from the dashboard, with your company details and tax IDs. For larger teams that need to pay by invoice, contact sales.
